Terms of Service
Last updated: October 4, 2026
By using BookOpenly or engaging us to build a custom system, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about BookOpenly, explore its sales demo, request information, and contact our team. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
The reservation experience is a demo
The reservation and staff screens on BookOpenly demonstrate product functionality only. Entries are temporary, no real table or appointment is reserved, and no email is sent.
Custom projects
Each BookOpenly website and reservation system is scoped through a custom quote. The quote or service agreement controls the included functionality, delivery expectations, setup fee, monthly price, and any business-specific terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of business names, logos, photos, copy, policies, and other materials you provide. You give us permission to use those materials only as needed to design, deliver, host, and support your system. You are responsible for having the right to use everything you provide.
Acceptable use
You may not use a BookOpenly system for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment, spam, or collecting information you are not entitled to receive. We may suspend service where needed to prevent harm, protect customers, or comply with law.
Service limitations
We work to keep BookOpenly sites reliable, but internet services can be interrupted. To the extent allowed by law, BookOpenly and EaryDigital are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or disputes between a client and its guests.
Ending service
You may cancel according to the Billing, Cancellation & Refunds page and your signed quote or service agreement. When service ends, hosted pages and connected features may be taken offline.
