Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

BookOpenly has a $495 one-time setup fee. Monthly plans range from $97 to $297 depending on the functionality, locations, connections, and ongoing services included in your custom system.

Your exact price and included work are confirmed in writing before the project begins. See the pricing page for an overview.

Your custom quote or service agreement states when the setup fee and recurring service begin, how charges are collected, and what is included. Recurring service continues until cancelled under those agreed terms.

Email bill@earydigital.com from the address associated with your project. We will confirm your request and the date service ends. Any notice period or remaining obligation stated in your signed quote or service agreement still applies.

When service ends, BookOpenly-hosted pages, reservation tools, notifications, and connected services may be taken offline. We will explain any available handoff or export included in your agreement before closure.

Refund eligibility depends on the work already completed, services already delivered, third-party costs already incurred, and the terms accepted in your quote or service agreement. Email bill@earydigital.com with the project name and charge in question so we can review the request.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact bill@earydigital.com promptly. We will review the account and respond with the applicable agreement and billing record.
