Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy explains what information BookOpenly collects, how it is used, and how you can request deletion.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you request a custom system, your email app opens with the details you entered. BookOpenly does not save that form submission.
Reservation demo information. Names, contact details, preferences, and sample reservations entered in the on-site demo stay in temporary browser memory and reset when the page refreshes. They are not saved or emailed.
Basic site activity. Our hosting and security services may process standard technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and error logs.
How we use it
We use information you intentionally send to answer inquiries, prepare custom quotes, support clients, maintain site reliability, and protect the site from misuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use reservation demo entries for advertising.
Services that may receive information
Your email provider. Inquiry forms use a mailto link and are sent through your own email application.
Website and support providers. Our hosting, security, and customer-support tools may process the limited information needed to deliver those services.
A client’s finished reservation system has its own privacy practices and notices based on that business’s configuration.
What the demo never does
The BookOpenly sales demo does not create a real reservation, send a confirmation, charge a card, create an account, or permanently store guest information.
Retention and deletion
Demo entries disappear when the page refreshes. For information you emailed to us, request access or deletion by writing from the relevant email address to bill@earydigital.com. We may retain records where required for legal, security, or billing purposes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as BookOpenly changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
